ink.sack Hits LAX's New Tom Bradley Terminal Today

Matthew Kang is the Lead Editor of Eater LA. He has covered dining, restaurants, food culture, and nightlife in Los Angeles since 2008. He's the host of K-Town, a YouTube series covering Korean food in America, and has been featured in Netflix's Street Food show.

Michael Voltaggio's popular sandwich joint ink.sack debuts at LAX's new Tom Bradley International Terminal today offering the exact same menu as served on Melrose, albeit with slightly higher prices. That means $5.99 for a cold fried chicken sandwich (versus $5) or $2.39 for cookies, which might make ink.sack one of the better deals for travelers leaving the country on international flights.

Many other vendors such as 800 Degrees, Short Cake, and Umami are scheduled to launch here, as the Terminal officially opened September 18. Hours for ink.sack are expected to be 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. depending on the volume and timing of flights.
