Starting in November, DBA takes over the old Voyeur location in West Hollywood, transforming it into an art gallery, performance, and event space, though on its prime nights it will be a nightclub. DBA is the production of Beau Laughlin (The Churchill) and Cardiff Giant, who will provide a "blank canvas to guest curators" who will be invited for a seasonal exhibition to create environment that will "attract art enthusiasts and partygoers alike." So, basically a nightclub for artsy-types. Says Laughlin on the Facebook page, "We envisioned a space where art, culture, music, and lifestyle converge, and now we're excited to see what each curator will do." Voyeur opened nearly four years ago before getting embroiled in a scandal involving the Republican National Committee.
