The jokes will be aplenty at the second annual Sausage Festival hosted by Ray Garcia at FIG in Santa Monica. Chefs Kris Morningstar (Ray's & Stark Bar), Christian Page (Short Order), Jason Travi (littlefork), Bernhard Mairinger (Bierbeisl), Greg Daniels (Haven Gastropub), and Paul Buchanan (Primal Academy) are putting together a lineup of unique brauts with artisanal beers.
