Lauded Baltimore pastry chef Chris Ford, winner of Food & Wine's inaugural "People's Best New Pastry Chef" in 2012, is moving from Michael Mina's PABU, Wit & Wisdom and (LA-based) LAMILL at the Four Seasons to join Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery as pastry chef in Beverly Hills. Ford, who moonlights as a photographer, writes, "This is a pretty big move for me as I've spent all of my life on the east coast, mostly in the DC/Baltimore metropolitan area where I started my career."
