Bartender Matthew Biancaniello resurfaces in Marina Del Rey at Settebello, where he'll be making Cynar (Italian artichoke liqueur) cocktails on November 15, and even helped design a Cynar ice cream flavor. Biancaniello had made coffee-infused Cynar a popular order back during his Library Bar days. At Settebello, he's once again making a Cynar ice cream, this time with a saffron-infused crust.
