Hollywood Pies, the beloved Chicago-style pizzeria, has reopened post early October shutter. Initially, owner David Miscimarra had planned to close for good after amicably splitting from his biz partner. However, an uproar from fans prompted Miscimarra to revamp the kitchen and re-open after a few weeks of "recharging the batteries."
At the moment, Hollywood Pies is back to slinging its thick-crust pizzas with hopes of introducing a new rustic-style thin crust pizza some time this week this weekend. Hours run Tuesday to Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Friday and Saturday until 10 p.m. and Sunday until 8:30 p.m.
