Matthew Biancaniello is busting out these massive white truffles for his Cynar tasting at Settebello in Marina del Rey on November 15 from 8:30 to 11 p.m.. According to the barman, the drink will be a white truffle Cynar flip topped with pumpkin juice air. Also a seasonal special on the offering, a smoked persmisson drink with bergamot mint. Drinks range $12-14, even that truffle cocktail (Biancaniello is covering the expense of the truffle himself). Settebello is also offering an artichoke amuse bouche for anyone ordering a Cynar cocktail. [~ELA~]
