The Pie Hole and (Likely) Pressed Juicery Land in Pas

Remember how that old Foot Locker on Colorado Boulevard in Old Town Pasadena flipped into a new Coolhaus ice cream shop? Or, well, Coolhaus claimed part of that turf? Building management is looking to subdivided the space, dubbed Indiana Colony, into a small artisan market with several food and retail vendors, and slowly new blood is flowing in. Sean Brennan of The Pie Hole in the Arts District is bringing his sweet and savory pies to Indiana Colony by January, and for Thanksgiving he's taking online orders which can be picked up Downtown or at the new Pasadena location.

Meanwhile (and funny enough since we mentioned it way back), Pressed Juicery is about to ink a deal to take another slot at Indiana Colony, and other tenants are in the negotiation process as well. Want to snag a space? Email here.
