Hugo Bolanos is the new executive chef at Hotel Bel-Air and its fine dining eatery Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. Bolanos has been part of the Puck family since 2000, most recently he served as chef de cuisine of CUT at the Beverly Wilshire hotel. In his new role, Bolanos will oversee all food and beverage at Hotel Bel-Air's restaurant, bar, lounge, in-room dining, and events. [EaterWire]
