Hugo Bolanos is the new executive chef at Hotel Bel-Air and its fine dining eatery Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air. Bolanos has been part of the Puck family since 2000, most recently he served as chef de cuisine of CUT at the Beverly Wilshire hotel.
