Pret A Manger, the UK-based healthier grab and go food chain that came to New York in 2000, has been thinking about feeding Angelenos for a while now. According to Brigham Yen, Pret could hit the west coast in the next two years, and the reason the chain hasn't come sooner has to do with "sourcing of ingredients and distribution logistics." [BY]
