The Pizzeria Mozza expansion to San Diego first announced two years ago has finally come to fruition. Silverton tells UT San Diego a city can't "have too many pizzerias", and implies the new "pizzeria plus" outpost in San Diego will be better than the LA original since the menu will comingle the best of Pizzeria and Osteria. To this day, Osteria Mozza still does not serve pizza, but Pizzeria Mozza San Diego will get a mozzarella menu. Next up for the brand: JFK. [UTSD]
