The Wallace Brings Cali-Italian Fare to Culver City

The Wallace is a seasonal California restaurant taking over the former Libra Brazilian BBQ space in Culver City. Today comes news that the Italian-slanted eatery will be cheffed by Michael Teich (SBE), serving plates like caponata with house-made ricotta, lemonfish crudo, and braised pork cheeks. In addition to local wines and beers, expect intoxicants like The Fifty, featuring Damrak gin, triple sec, vanilla bean syrup, and orange cream citrate.
