PALMS— Serene kaiseki den n/naka has changed up its prix fixe menus. Owner Niki Nakayama discontinued her nine course omakase meal and is now just offering 13 courses for $165 (wine pairing is $85), a vegetarian set is available as well. [EaterWire]
