Last night on Top Chef New Orleans, the brave contestants had to make hot sauce with "hip tang" for musician Dr. John. Then in the Elimination Round, they had to work together and use every part of a 300 pound pig. There were alligators, giant shooting flames, and unapproved-of popcorn.
