After selling California Pizza Kitchen two and a half years ago, founders Richard L. Rosenfield and Larry S. Flax are next focusing their attention on a new set of fast-casual pizzerias. Although many details are still on the DL, the pair tell LA Times that their menu will incorporate a customizable pie element, in addition to pre-set signature selections. Prices will be "moderate" and they plan to use "healthful ingredients." The first eateries are slated for the second half of 2014, though no word on exact locations. [LAT]
