Hang on to those Sriracha bottles. Yesterday a Los Angeles County Superior Court judge ordered Sriracha sauce maker Huy Fong Foods to partially shut down its Irwindale factory after nearby residents "complained of heartburn, inflamed asthma and even nosebleeds" supposedly linked to "the spicy odor coming from the hot sauce plant." The decree does not prevent the entire Sriracha facility from functioning and it's unclear how this will affect next year's Sriracha supply. More at Eater National. [LAT, -EN-]
