What's going on at Outlaws Bar & Grill in Playa del Rey? A reader writes in to say, "I am hearing that Outlaws restaurant in Playa del Rey just closed due to an unexpected and unreasonable rent increase." Generally on a Wednesday Outlaws' hours of operation are 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., but during lunchtime today the restaurant was dead silent. Nobody inside or out, although the furniture was still intact. Outlaws' website is down and its phone rings without answer, too. Is Outlaws down for the count?
