Grist & Toll, the small batch flour mill coming to Pasadena (990 S. Arroyo Parkway) thanks to partners Nan Kohler (Sweet Butter) and Marti Noxon, is looking to open during the week of November 18. On offer here, wholesale and retail heritage wheat and grain flours ground with an Austrian stone mill. Upon launch only flours will be for sale, but a bakery component could follow in the future.
