Former Top Cheffer Jamie Lauren (Beechwood, Wolfslair) has been off the restaurant radar for a while, but she's reappearing at Park Studios in Hollywood on November 12. Lauren will cook a five to six course pop-up dinner at $100/head, with one seating for 30 guests. Thus far her menu includes yellowtail crudo with lemongrass/kaffir lime oil, pickled chiles, crispy shallots and finger limes; and slow cooked pork confit with braised red cabbage and brown sugar apples.
