Chef Alex Reznik — known for a stint on Top Chef, for elevating kosher cuisine at the late La Seine, and for briefly cooking Downtown at FigOly — is back in business with his first solo restaurant. Meaning, one he owns. Per a Facebook post that just went up a few hours ago, Reznik is opening a contemporary American restaurant, Ditmas Kitchen and Cocktails, on Pico and Robertson where Bocca Steakhouse sat for a period of time. Says The Facebook:
Hi Friends, look for Ditmas Kitchen and Cocktails to officially open its doors in early December! Located on the cross streets of Pico and Robertson, our modern design and menu's are sure to impress both in the kitchen and behind the bar.
