Nordstrom's second Bar Verde opened a few weeks ago at the department store's Grove location. Lunch and dinner menus read typical California-American, definitely on the pricey side, with ahi poke for $13 and rack of lamb up to $36 during dinner. Supposedly ingredients are locally sourced, seasonal, etc. There's both indoor and outdoor seatage plus a full bar. [EaterWire]
