Wolfgang Puck doesn't maintain a huge presence in Orange County despite the close proximity to his Los Angeles base. However, on December 18 Puck will debut a new dining concept called Puck's Tavern at the Honda Center in Anaheim. Earlier this year Honda Center announced the partnership, explaining that the 7,000 square foot, 260-seat restaurant and 12-seat bar will serve "Wolfgang's signature dishes" inclusive of grilled proteins, pasta, pizza, and salad. A separate main level Wolfgang Puck "gourmet pizza concession" was part of the original plan as well. [OC Register]
