Stay tuned for The Pudding Truck, LA's first vehicle dedicated to small batch pudding made with organic dairy by founder Carrie Cohen. Here pudding is treated like ice cream and flavors such as vanilla bean, butterscotch and vegan chocolate hazelnut are served via pudding pops and sundaes, sometimes topped with homemade brown butter nilla wafers and corn syrup-free mini marshmallows. While the truck is wrapped to roll, Cohen is still looking to hire servers and a pastry sous chef.
