Sam Narazian of SBE is growing his SLS Hotel brand to the intersection of Broad and Spruce Streets in Center City, Philadelphia with a 47-story property. Naturally, SBE food and beverage concepts are part of the 150-room, 125 luxe condo bundle and thus far The Bazaar by José Andrés, Katsuya by Starck and Hyde Lounge are confirmed.
