Besha Rodell of LA Weekly files an actual critic's early look of Mud Hen Tavern, Susan Feniger's retooled pub in the former STREET space on Highland. So far, the place is buzzing compared to STREET, but the bar fare is a little shaky from the get-go: "by the looks of the early crowds she may have come up with a winning formula. The jury is still out on the food, however, which on first look felt a little overwrought in places, a little under-seasoned in others." [LAW]
