Just five month deep to life in Venice, Pork Belly's sandwich shop is on the move. And in this case no food truck is involved. Starting January 6, co-owner Jon Swire is taking his fried pickles and 12-hour smoked brisket to Hollywood gastropub District 13, claiming the kitchen on Monday and Tuesday nights through January. Hours will run 6 p.m. to midnight. And yes, finally craft beer served alongside this meat-full sandwich menu. [EaterWire]
