ECHO PARK—Trencher, that new sandwich shop named after a Medieval bread plate thing, is set to serve in January on Portia Street just off West Sunset. Have a look inside the simple space which is still coming together. In addition to pulled pork sliders and a brisket sandwich expect a fried chicken sandwich called The Cadillac and a balsamic portobello creation named The Magic.
