Taberna Arros y Vi Waits for Full Bar; NYE at Petrossian

SANTA MONICA— Since this past fall Michael Cardenas has been looking to upgrade his beer, wine and fruity sangria drinks at Taberna Arros y Vi with a full booze bar, however his 2nd Street Spanish restaurant is still waiting for license approval. Management says "very soon." [EaterWire]
