Eastside Mexican stalwart Yuca's is ringing in 2014 with a new morning menu served at its Hollywood Boulevard location starting January 2. Proprietor Dora Herrera's reworked Yucatan breakfast has expanded with a twice fried bacon burrito (add chorizo, ham, or stewed beef) and Huevos Motuleños (tostadas with black bean "butter," sunny-side up eggs, tomato sauce).
