One year deep, Morrison has brought on a new food and beverage team. The Atwater Village-anchored Scottish pub today announces that Stave Calabro (Red O, Craig's) joined in November as cocktail director, meanwhile Michael Ruiz (Cobras & Matadors), who has consulted on food intermittently over the last year, signed on as executive chef at the end of October. He's got a new pub menu filled with the wonders of Shepherd's Pie, Ale Steamed Black Mussels, and Smoked Chocolate Ganache. [EaterWire]
