SBE, which is currently working on building the new SLS in Vegas, announced that their Hollywood concept, Cleo, is going to be joining the fray of restaurants in the resort. The Mediterranean eatery will open along with Umami Burger, Katsuya, 800 Degrees, The Bazaar, and the Griddle Cafe. The resort is slated to open in Fall 2014. [Eaterwire]
