Twist & Grill is another fast casual restaurant opening within The Taste at Figat7th, and owners/chefs David Slatkin (David's Events) and Alex Garcia are looking to launch on December 23. Inspired by shawarma, Twist & Grill shaves chicken, beef, pork, or veggies over salad, rice, or house-made flatbread, with the patron's choice of sauce or dressing.
