Those behind Pedalers Fork in Calabasas have delayed the restaurant's debut to early March. In this here video, chef Dan Murray waxes poetic on his forthcoming bill of fare: " ... it's the idea that you don't eat tomatoes in winter ... if you kind of go by the seasons and you eat what's actually fresh and local and in season, it's an amazing, amazing product ...
