Chef Adam Horton, who was executive chef at Raphael in Studio City up until last December, has accepted a new position. As of last Thursday, he's working as chef de cuisine at The Viceroy in Santa Monica. This makes sense, since The Viceroy's former chef, Chris Crary, is now over at 41 Ocean. [EaterWire]
