Fine local coffee roaster/brewer Cafecito Organico opens its sixth outpost today replacing a former Starbucks in Burbank. The new, organic-looking space was designed by John Sofio (The Beverly, 3rd Street Station) who's been working with Organico owners Angel Orozco and Mitch Hale since last summer. He also designed the Costa Mesa and Malibu locations of the expanding coffee chain. The new Burbank space serves up the same strong Guatemalan and El Salvadoran brews as the rest. There's a drip coffee bar, full espresso drink menu and some comfy seating, too.
