Hottest Chef Semifinals: Rocco, Perera, Weiss

The people have spoken. After three nail-biting rounds of voting, the list of 18 hot chefs has been narrowed down to just three. The semifinalists for Eater's 5th Annual Hottest Chef Competition are:

· Trevor Rocco of Red Hill
· Sergio Perera of CoffeeBar
· Dakota Weiss of W Los Angeles

Now it's time to vote again. The two chefs with the most votes will face off for the title of Hottest Chef in Los Angeles. The polls will be open for exactly one hour.
