Pasadena's redwhite+bluezz American bistro and jazz venue is leaving its present S. Raymond Avenue home on February 24 and will reopen on March 8 with new management in the defunct Elements Kitchen space at the Pasadena Playhouse building. redwhite+bluezz sous chef Alfonso "Fonzy" Galan will take on the executive chef role at the new restaurant and continue to execute this menu with some of his own additions.
