It's no longer news that Stumptown is headed to LA, and for months and months word on the street was that owners were opening in the Arts District Downtown. Food GPS catches up with Tyler Stonebreaker and Michael Smith, the pair behind Creative Space (a real estate and design group that helps find creative spaces for a variety of clients), and the duo confirm that Stumptown's Arts District lease has been finalized.
Meanwhile, Zinc Cafe & Market, a three location OC chainlet similar in nature to Joan's on Third, is also headed to the Arts District at at 580 Mateo.
