LAX—Check out B Grill by BOA, now open in Terminal 7 at LAX. It looks like a downsized, slick, traveler-friendly version of BOA, serving up American plates like a burger with camembert and fried onion strings; a chop salad; and filet mignon with red wine butter and mashed potatoes. [EaterWire]

CULVER CITY— Bistro Laurent has merged with Mama's Indian Kitchen, notes Midtown Lunch. The French restaurant cut back its hours since it launched in 2010, and now during the times it would ordinarily be closed, Mama's Indian Kitchen steps in.
