Brock Kleweno of Yamashiro is trying out a guest chef series and up first are the Rodriguez brothers and chef de cuisine Omar Borba of Los Balcones del Peru. On March 12 at 6 p.m they'll cook a five course Peruvian/Asian taster with wine pairings priced at $125 a head (also includes tax and valet). Call the restaurant for a resy, only 30 seats are open.
