TARZANA— Greg Woodbury and Marcel Vinson, formerly GM and chef, respectively, of Bleecker Street Restaurant, have opened Peasant Wine Bistro in the Valley at 19100 Ventura Blvd. A tipster writes in to say that the menu is a mix of comfort food and modern, more substantial takes on gastropub offerings. NORTH HOLLYWOOD— It's not that strange, in this Hollywoodland, for actors to become restauranteurs. (See also Eva Longoria and Robert DeNiro.)
