Ricardo Zarate's Paiche is Quickly Coming Together

Marina del Rey is in for a treat when Paiche, Chef Ricardo Zarate (Mo-Chica, Picca) and partner Stephane Bombet's newest project opens this spring. In a new building on Maxella Avenue, just east of Lincoln, Paiche's build out is nearly complete. Often, Zarate and Bombet are on site, working with the construction crew to turn a vision into a reality. For the especially curious, Bombet has been regularly updating fans via Vine. See the design, with a wave-like ceiling, mirrored walls, an open kitchen, chef tables and large patio, above.
