Cafe Dulce's Pop-Up operation at 11th & Hope closed last week. The popular coffee corner had been operating under a temporary community permit from the Health Department. Operators are now looking for new digs Downtown, with the goal of reaching an under served part of the neighborhood, much as they were doing in South Park. [Eaterwire]
