Here it is, the first peek into Fickle and The Sandwich Smith, a dual concept operating inside one small space in Little Tokyo. A number of construction and permitting delays have kept the promising business from opening, but Fickle and The Sandwich Smith finally get to start serving tomorrow, Thursday February 28. General Manager Wayne Teng and chef James Ta are the day-to-day operators here.

On offer from Fickle is a menu of small and large plates, offered nightly, in a style that combines the best of gastropub food with Asian-inspired bistro plates. Meanwhile, The Sandwich Smith is a build-your-own-sandwich business that will operate during the day and offer delivery to the neighborhood.
