Last night on the finale of Top Chef: Seattle, it was down to Kristen Kish and Brooke Williamson. The format of the finale, a bit different this time around, was an Iron Chef-style live cooking competition. There were fractions, red snapper, and Gail Simmons said "velvety" a lot. In the end, only one cheftestapant's cuisine could reign supreme. Comedian Max Silvestri returns to make sense of it all. [Eater National]
