Stephane Bombet, chef Ricardo Zarate's business partner (Mo-Chica), is teasing out details on Zarate's next new spot, Paiche. In a Vine video posted to Twitter, the restaurateur shows us the interior of Paiche, which looks like it's deep in the throes of construction.
