Katsuya at The Americana at Brand has a new look, as pictured above, to go along with its new menu. SBE has added more indoor and outdoor seats, expanded the restaurant's first floor bar, and updated the patio with a new, more open aesthetic. Chef Katsuya Uechi and SBE corporate chef Danny Elmaleh together reworked Katsuya's Glendale menu adding 60 new dishes with a focus on grilled items and noodle dishes.
