Bereket Kitchen is a modern Ethiopian pop-up dining concept which manifests itself montly in varying parts of the city. Last night sisters Kedist and Becky Tsadik hosted the evening at Primitive Modern Arts, a nifty gallery space near Silver Lake, and today in an e-mail blast they reveal future intentions to open LA's first mod Ethiopian restaurant.
