Between legitimate allergies, dietary restrictions and personal preferences, chefs have seen it all on the order ticket. Today, the LA Weekly reveals five chefs' worst modification nightmares, including Chef Jet Tila's guest who was "kind of allergic" to fish; Chef Adam Levoe's (Golden Road Brewing) guest who wanted bacon added to a vegan dish; and guests who make up their own menu, according to Chefs Kris Morningstar and Michael Voltaggio.
