Today, the LA Weekly reveals five chefs' worst modification nightmares, including Chef Jet Tila's guest who was "kind of allergic" to fish; Chef Adam Levoe's (Golden Road Brewing) guest who wanted bacon added to a vegan dish; and guests who make up their own menu, according to Chefs Kris Morningstar and Michael Voltaggio.
