Renowned New York chef Marcus Samuelsson (Red Rooster) is coming to LA and will cook dinner at Govind Armstrong's Post & Beam on February 26. The meal, which celebrates Black History Month and is titled Red Rooster at Post & Beam: A Taste Of Harlem in Baldwin Hills, costs $140 a head (a portion of proceeds will benefit C-CAP).
